The now 15% lighter KYE 110 is most commonly used by Big Mountain skiers, Patrollers and Mountain Guides.  Kye Petersen shaped this model to be his big mountain ski, however once you get a couple laps on it, you realize this may very well become your everyday ski of choice. The tapered and rockered tip accommodates ease of control in powder yet the GS style turn radius provides stability and a trusty no-hook feel for hard charging through the crud.

VibeVeil Technology

Vibration drastically reduces confidence. The VibeVeil elastic membrane situated in the tips of our rockered skis dramatically reduces chatter and weak edge hold, commonly the result of extended negative radius profiles in ski tips when used in varied to firm snow conditions. All 2015/16 skis featuring VibeVeil have a transparent window logo highlighting the very material used in each ski.

4Frnt does it again

I've been rocking older VCTs and EHPs for a few years thinking they were the greatest skis ever made. I recently took a trip to my old stomping grounds Big Sky so I decided to pick up a new pair of skis for the trip. I ended up with the Kye and all I can say is...Wow! First run off the tram was a mix of Volkswagen moguls and mashed potato snow... The Kye made bad conditions epic. Nothing phased them. The biggest surprise of this early rise ski is how they turn on the groomers. Seriously....these skis rule!

KYE 110

These skis rip. These are great skis that reward an aggressive skier. They handle choppy snow with confidence. It also carves well on western groomers.

I bought the Kye 110 in the Fall and have skied them at Whistler, Blackcomb, Vail and Beaver Creek. I've never experience a ski that handles so many different conditions and terrains so nicely. This ski really rips it up all over the mountain!

A hard-charging beast

This ski is an ideal powder ski. I use it for touring as well and typically will only bring it out for days with at least half a foot of fresh. That being said, whenever I have been on them in hardpack, I have held an incredible edge and have been able to make tight turns with ease with much thanks to the rockered tips. Get this ski (with awesome graphics) and you won't be disappointed.
